Legacy Members,
The election is around the corner for the Legacy Board of Directors. With that comes several meetings and dates of which we want you to be aware. Please note the schedule of meetings below as well as an invitation to participate in the nominating committee.
October 14th, 2024 at 6PM
Nominating Meeting. This meeting will provide the Nominating Committee the opportunity to present candidates to the Members. There will also be the opportunity for floor nominations by you, the Members. Candidates will then have several minutes to speak on the topics important to their candidacy.
If you wish to participate in the Nominating Committee, please review the linked recruiting letter and committee charter below, so you understand the responsibilities of the committee. Send a request to join the committee for the 2024 election to info@legacyidahohoa.com by September 23rd, 2024.

Petition Special Meeting. A petition circulated the community requesting the Board of Directors hold a meeting to discuss supporting a dispute against the developer of Legacy, Red Butte, LLC. As well as an update on hiring a management company to manage Legacy’s operations. This meeting will allow the petition gatherers to present their argument, followed by an action item of the Board of Directors.

Election and Annual Meeting. Details regarding the election and these meetings will be provided by written notice prior to the meetings as well as updates on the Legacy Portal.
All of these meetings will be held in the main auditorium of Ascend Church (previously Eagle Life Church) at 3838 W Floating Feather Rd, Eagle, ID 83616.
We understand that issues brought before the Association can be heated for some Members, but we insist that Members exercise decorum in our meetings, out of respect for the Board, your neighbors, and for our host venue. Outbursts will not be tolerated and Members may be asked to leave if they cannot be respectful.
