The Legacy Board of Directors is in the process of interviewing multiple association management companies who they feel would be best suited to handle the scope and beauty that is Legacy. These interviews are ongoing. However, the decision and contract with a management company will not take place until the developer is prepared to take Jodi with him to his new subdivision at the end of 2025. This delay ensures reduced costs and limited overlap with our current personnel and incoming management costs.
