Greetings Legacy homeowners!
We are 7 weeks into the new ClickPay online payment system and have had so much success so far we are just thrilled! Approximately half of the homeowners in Legacy are utilizing this system and it has made things much easier for many people.
There are just a few items we want to let you know when using the online ClickPay system. Please remember the following items:
1. The ACH option is free to you. The HOA pays this small fee.
2. The credit / debit card option will charge you a fee. This is charged by ClickPay, not the HOA.
3. The ClickPay system will always show a ZERO balance on your account. Their system is not integrated with ours. Please have your invoice and balance ready when using the online system.
4. The ACH option will typically reach our bank within 1 to 2 days. The credit/debit card options usually take a week to 10 days to process. Please remember this when trying to pay your dues on time.
5. If any payment is returned, whether it is insufficient funds or the wrong account number, click pay will charge the HOA $25 for each return. This fee will be passed on to the homeowner whose payment was returned.
6. Your account number is your legal description to the right of your name on your invoice. Remove the slashes when entering this account number.
